CRUST
1 ½ CUP S.R. FLOUR
1 STICK MARGERINE
2/3 CUP PECANS


FILLING
1 CUP POWD. SUGAR
½ TO 2/3 SM CONTAINER COOLWHIP
1 PKG. CREAM CHEESE


TOPPING
1 ½ CUP SUGAR
2 TBSP. CORN STARCH
2 TBSP. FLOUR
1 ½ CUPS BOILING WATER
SM PKG. STRAWBERRY JELLO
1 quart of Strawberries


DIRECTIONS
CRUST – MELT MARGERINE MIX WITH FLOUR & NUTS , BAKE ON 350 TILL DONE, 15 MINS ?

FILLING – CREAM SOFTENED CREAM CHEESE ,COOL WHIP AND POWDERED SUGAR – SPREAD ON TOP OF COOLED CRUST

TOPPING – MIX ,SUGAR,FLOUR & CORNSTARCH, ADD TO WATER, BOIL UNTIL THICKENS AND TURNS CLEAR. REMOVE FROM HEAT , ADD JELLO, COOL THEN ADD STRAWBERRIES, WHEN COLMPLETELY COOLED SPREAD ON TOP. CHILL 2 HOURS, AND EAT, IT IS DE-LIOUS!!!!!!!!
