Chowder



Chowder8 New potatoes/ cubed in small pieces/ do not peel
2 large cans evaporated milk
1/2 cup Vidalia onion/ chopped fine
10 tiny carrots chopped fine
4 cups MAYFIELD 2% milk
1/2 stick butter
salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp. Creole seasoning
3 tbsp. flour/ water for thickening
8ounces of Halibut or Salmon/ steamed/ Chopped

Add shredded cheddar cheese on top as you serve.

Serve with 2 slices of sour dough bread.
