Whip sour cream, mayonnaise and cream cheese together. Drain artichokes and chop. Add cheese , parsley, salt and pepper, mix thoroughly and add Tabasco. Spoon mixture into casserole dish. Top with crumbs and cheese. Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350. This dip is also good for stuffing salmon or topping grilled halibut. Yum.
