Fish on a Stick



Fish on a StickFresh Halibut (cut into cubes)
Wooden sticks
White Lily corn meal
Mayfield Buttermilk
Tabasco Sauce
Any oil you choose...HOT and Quick

Cut Halibut into small cubes. Tall Glass Mayfield buttermilk with 2 tbsp. Tabasco sauce. Dip fish in milk.

Dredge in corn meal and put on sticks. Drop in hot oil and fry for approx. 2 to 3 minutes. DO NOT overcook.

Remove from oil and place on paper towel.



TARTAR SAUCE

1/2 cup BLUE PLATE Mayo
1/8 cup parley flakes or fresh
1/8 cup finely chopped onion
2 Tbsp. sweet pickle relish
1 Tbsp. Guldens Brown Mustard

Mix all ingredients and ENJOY.
