Cut Halibut into small cubes. Tall Glass Mayfield buttermilk with 2 tbsp. Tabasco sauce. Dip fish in milk.
Dredge in corn meal and put on sticks. Drop in hot oil and fry for approx. 2 to 3 minutes. DO NOT overcook.
Remove from oil and place on paper towel.
TARTAR SAUCE
1/2 cup BLUE PLATE Mayo 1/8 cup parley flakes or fresh 1/8 cup finely chopped onion 2 Tbsp. sweet pickle relish 1 Tbsp. Guldens Brown Mustard
Mix all ingredients and ENJOY.
