Shells
2 packs graham crackers 1 stick melted butter 2 tbsp. milk
Using food processor make graham cracker crumbs. Ad melted butter and milk. Roll in small size ball. Spray tiny muffin pan with Pam. Place ball in muffin hole and pressing with wooden press form shell in muffin pan. Bake at 325 for 15 minutes.
Heavenly Chocolate Sauce
1 ˝ cup Powdered sugar 1/3 cup cocoa powder 1/3 cup plus 2 tbsp. milk 1 stick butter 1 tsp. vanilla
In no stick pan melt butter on low heat. Mix sugar and cocoa add milk. Mixing well. Slowly ad to butter mixture and cook on med heat until comes to full boil. Cook 1 minute only. Remove from heat ad vanilla and stir. Cool to warm . Fill shells with pudding mixture and drizzle with chocolate. Garnish with mint or cherry. YUM. Yum………..Mama Lucy “dreamed” this one up and it is oh so good.
