Chocolate Cheesecake

20 oreo cookies, crushed fine
¼ Cups Melted Butter
4-8 oz. packs cream cheese
1-8 oz. sour cream
1 Cup Sugar
2 Tablespoons Self Rising Flour
1 ½ tea Vanilla Flavor
1-8oz. semisweet chocolate Baking Squares
4 large eggs


Crust
Mix crushed cookies and melted butter
Melt chocolate on Low.
With an electric mixer, set on Medium speed, Beat cream cheese, sugar, flour, vanilla until smooth.
With an electric mixer, set on Low speed, add melted chocolate, beat well. Add eggs on at a time.
Add sour cream and blend well.
Place in 9 x 13 Pan that has been lined with Alum. Foil. Bake cake at 325 for 45 min. Cool 30 min.
Chill in Refrigerator at least 4 hours. Lift foil from pan. Place on cutting board (cuts easier than in pan)
